During my stay, I encountered multiple issues that ruined my experience. The plumbing malfunctioned, causing water to overflow the sink and flood the floor. When I reported it to the manager, she was unhelpful and said maintenance wouldn't arrive until the morning, leaving me stuck in a wet room with no compensation offered since I booked through a third party.

We had a lovely stay with a comfy bed and a great hot breakfast featuring waffles and fresh coffee. The relaxation area with a nice TV room was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the accessible shower needs a bit of redesign, but overall it was a fantastic experience! 😊

The lovely decor and cozy seating areas made me feel at home. Accessibility was great, with wide hallways that accommodated my mobility needs. The warm vibe reminded me of my favorite cozy coffee shop.

I adored the stay in my King Room Non-Smoking! The breakfast spread was diverse with eggs, sausage, and a delightful waffle bar that made mornings bright. Plus, the on-site bar served delicious homemade meals, making it so convenient to relax after a day of exploring!

The room had a fridge, but the shower flooded easily.

However, the room fell short of expectations. Although advertised as superior, it had a distinct musty odor, and I found hair in the sink and mold along the shower. The bathroom door didn't lock properly, and the bed was uncomfortably firm with too-small pillows. Additionally, during breakfast, maintenance work on the hallway made it challenging to navigate, as guests had to step around a bellhop in the way. The overall atmosphere felt less than secure at night, with litter and discarded items near the picnic area.

Staying here with my large family was fantastic! The kids loved the indoor pool, and we enjoyed the convenient location. We even drove just minutes to Knoebels Amusement Park, which was a blast. The staff was friendly and made our stay feel special.

For dads, it would be great to have more breakfast options for picky eaters.
