Beautifully decorated place, I liked best personnel.

the a double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was well furnished and well-appointed with the juccusi tub. the location was comfy and unbeatable, at a short distance from laurel mall.

Very good service, private parking available on-site. Plenty of good food. Location - exceptionally nice and unbeatable, not far from the mall, the restaurant, and industrial park😃

Not very friendly staff!

Very good staff, nice views of the garden, everything is great. The room is comfy and exceptional and essentials you need, including TV set with satellite channels, climate control and a microwave oven, is right there. The venue has marvellous location in the center: )

Bed was comfortable

The curtains, we were on the ground floor and all that we had was a shear curtain and a 1/2 dark curtain that only covered 1/2 window. The lights were shining in the room all night and anyone could have come up to the window and looked in. No privacy. also did not like the sink in the room, it should have been in with the shower and toliet.

Great staff.

I encountered multiple issues that ruined my experience. The plumbing malfunctioned, causing water to overflow the sink and flood the floor. When I reported it to the manager, she was unhelpful and said maintenance wouldn't arrive until the morning, leaving me stuck in a wet room with no compensation offered since I booked through a third party. This kind of service is completely unacceptable.

When you enter the bathroom, the light and fan are turned on automatically and simultaneously. If you are not alone in the room, then your spouse have to wake up because of light and noise. And reciprocally. Our night was ruined. The bathtub has no handles, the bathroom does not have even a single hook

We have 2 small dogs that are hypoallergenic . We traveled with them to a family event. Our 13 year old daughter has sever allergies and asthma. The room they put us in was damp and had a musky smell. Also you could smell a large dog breed had stayed in that room before us. Because of this , it triggered my daughters asthma. By the time we checked out her bronchial airways were so blocked ,it required medical attention. We ran the dehumidifier daily in that room and we gave her meds ,but that room wasn't properly cleaned. The musky smell was horrible!!!!

Staff were friendly and helpful, I only had contact with the front desk and housekeeping. I did not use the food and drink areas, but they looked like they might be good. They had a nice expresso maker in the front hall, that worked great. Internet worked well.

I realize that it is located in a "high rent" area, but the room seemed a worn with problems. The room had to have a dehumidifier in it, and it seemed to have to run full time to keep up with the humidity. I don't know why the room was apparently so humid that the air conditioner couldn't keep up, but that was a concern to me. Also the fit and finish of the bathroom, though functional, looked a bit rough.
